How it works:

You'll get more than just the answer.
Our tutors take the time to explain how we solved your problem so you understand all of the relevant concepts and can answer similar problems in the future. Let's face it; getting stuck on one problem in a homework assignment probably means that there a few more that could cause you trouble!

How much does it cost?

Nothing! It is completely FREE for a limited time for all NorCal Baseball players and their friends.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one! We are testing out this new service and while we work out the process and improve our systems, we are offering it to NorCal Baseball completely for FREE! Even when/if we charge for it, it will be super affordable for everyone.

Who will answer my question?

All questions are answered by our experienced tutoring staff. Our tutors come from the most prestigious universities and have, or are pursuing, degrees in mathematics or a related field. Our tutors have extensive tutoring experience, subject mastery, and that special magic that makes them outstanding teachers!

What do I need to do to sign up?

Nothing! Just text us a problem to try it out! You can even send us something simple just to see how it works. It is free after all!

What kinds of problems can you help with?

We cover all math subjects from 1st grade through 12th.
Subjects we cover:
Pre-Algebra
Algebra
Geometry
Algebra 2
Trigonometry
Pre-Calculus
Calculus
Statistics

Can you handle advanced curricula, like AP courses and IB programs?

Yes! If it is taught in high school, our experts can handle it.

When can I send in a problem?

Our expert tutors are on call from 6-11 PM PST Monday through Thursday, and from 1-11 PM PST on Sunday. We have tutors on standby in off hours (Friday and Saturday, and before 6 PM), but turnaround times are more variable in off-hours.

How long will it take to get my answer?

Problems submitted during our on-call windows are usually returned in 10 to 25 minutes.

Problems submitted outside of the on-call windows may take a little more time, but are usually returned within 50 minutes.

Problems submitted between midnight and 5 AM PST may not be returned until mid-morning. Our elves need their rest sleep too!

How will I get my answer?

We will text you back a link to a brief video explanation of the problem that can be viewed on any mobile device or desktop computer with internet access. See a sample video here.
