JAEGER SPORTS CLINIC Saturday, Oct 22 St. Mary's College, Moraga
NorCal Baseball will be hosting a Jaeger Sports Clinic Saturday, October 22 at St. Mary's College. The clinic will be at the baseball field from 10-230. Alan and his team will take us through the long toss program that all of our top guys have used for the last 15 years. We will also have a segment on mental training.
The fee is $75.00 to participate. Please bring checks and make payable to Jaeger Sports. All players will receive J Bands and a book on the Mental Game as part of the clinic. This is a huge part of our program and we expect the players in town to participate. Its the same program that our top pro and college guys used.
