Dear Players and Families:
We have starting our the fall program soon and it’s important that we continue the education process on how the system works. We use the website for pretty much all of our communication and it’s important all of you know how that information is delivered.
- The front page is typically used for stories and other pertinent information related to the whole program. It is important that players and families go to their team page to find out information such as time changes and venue changes. The fall schedule can be very fluid due to many circumstances. Therefore, it’s crucial that you check in to the team page a couple times a week – especially the day before an event.
- We have the capacity to send out group e mails and text messages in the near future. That’s why it’s imperative that each player has filled out the player profile properly. Each team will have a respective business manager and it’s crucial that you communicate with that business manager regarding medical releases, travel itineraries, etc. Business manager e-mails will be listed in the near future.
